For breakfast, the café serves freshly baked croissants filled with homemade jam, chocolate, or vanilla custard, with all fillings prepared in-house. The menu also includes iced coffee, iced chocolate, leche y leche, mocaccino, and babyccino, alongside homemade raspberry drinks and lemonades in flavours such as mango, raspberry, forest fruits, and lime – all made without artificial syrups. A daily selection of freshly made cakes is always available. Every dessert at Siesta is crafted from quality ingredients, including fresh milk, cream, fine cocoa, and seasonal fruit.
It was in Siesta’s pastry kitchen that the Jacob Cake was created, inspired by the legend of the shepherd boy Jakob. Today, it has become one of Postojna’s signature sweet treats and a must-try for every visitor.
