Postojna lies on the main railway line connecting Ljubljana, Rijeka, and Trieste. You can check train timetables here.
The railway station is about a 10-minute walk from the town centre. From there, you can continue on foot or by bicycle. An easy, relaxed arrival, without the hassle of parking.
Postojna is easily accessible both via the motorway and the old regional road. Parking is readily available, but once you’ve arrived, chances are you won’t need your car again.

The bus station is just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and only 500 metres from the world-famous Postojna Cave.
From there, you can continue on foot at your own pace.
