Ozbič Barber Shop

The Ozbič Barber Shop is one of Postojna’s most distinctive cultural attractions and one of Slovenia’s oldest and best-preserved pre-war barber shops. Carefully restored, the space now serves as both an ethnological exhibition and a fully functioning traditional barber shop, where an experienced barber continues the craft to this day. A visit offers an authentic glimpse into everyday life in Postojna’s past and the long-standing traditions of hairdressing, moustache grooming, and beard care. In this original interior you can experience the atmosphere of a past era, discover the story of the shop, and – if you time your visit well – watch the barber at work.

The experience is ideal for individuals, couples, and small groups looking for a unique, boutique cultural experience. You can also combine your visit with the permanent Karst Museum exhibition at the Notranjska Museum Postojna.
