Located at the doorstep of one of the world’s most spectacular castles – Predjama Castle – Požar Inn is set against a backdrop where breathtaking nature and rich history come together. With a tradition dating back to 1932, the inn proudly preserves its culinary heritage through family recipes passed down from generation to generation. Here, it feels as though time has stood still, recalling an era when food was homegrown, foraged from the nearby forests, and carefully preserved for the winter months.
